Issues updating Roundcube Database From 1.6.6 to 1.6.12

When updating Roundcube database with LibKoala, some users experience the following error:

info [update-roundcube-db] Error occurred during upgrade Problem encountered during schema update: Schema file: /usr/local/cpanel/base/3rdparty/roundcube/plugins/libkolab/ SQL/mysql/2023111200.sql Error: (XID 9kvu64) The system received an error from the “MySQL” databa se “mysql”: 1091 (Can't DROP COLUMN objectcount; check that it exists) at /usr /local/cpanel/Cpanel/Email/RoundCube/DBI.pm line 220.

The easiest solution is to follow the steps below:

1. login to PHPMyAdmin
2. Browse to the roundcube database
3. Click on the SQL Tab
4. Copy and Paste the following line in to the SQL Query Window:
   
   ALTER TABLE kolab_folders ADD COLUMN objectcount INT NOT NULL DEFAULT 0;
   
   
   
5. Click Go. 
6. Re-run /usr/local/cpanel/bin/update-roundcube-db --foreground

This should take a minute or so to complete and the update should complete without issue. If problems persist submit a support ticket.
