A tutorial on how to clone an existing VPS on VPSBlocks. Follow step by step tutorial guideline to learn & do it yourself.

We are happy to clone a VPS for you, there is no charge for this, and it is done manually by staff to ensure that the networking within your cloned VPS is updated to a new IP address, and our billing system is updated properly.

If you wish to clone a VPS you should email support@vpsblocks.com.au and provide the following information:

1. Name of the VPS to be cloned

2. Name you want the new VPS to have

3. Resource/Block level you wish the new VPS to have

4. Administrator or root password for the existing VPS so once cloned we can login and set the networking properly on the cloned VPS.
